Thank yous incoming...
Thank you to everyone for attending the night on Saturday. It was fantastic to see so many wonderful Ranges, Hockeyers & United people there. Many stories were shared, for what is no doubt the 100th time.
It's always a pleasure to organise a night that so many people enjoyed.
A few thanks on my behalf go out to the following...
Belinda Torney for making the clubrooms look a lot better than they did 24 hours prior.
Kiara Toney, Kirsten & Pauline Peisley for walking around the pizzas to ensure that no one missed out.
Karl Boehmer, Taylah Sanderson & Abbey Hodge for running the bar for the night.
Mark Hodge for everything in the lead up to the reunion. new stools, updated bar tables and any running around that was required.
Aussie McInerney for grabbing ice and vacuuming the rooms at the last minute.
Ian Spencer for grabbing more alcohol when a few more people turned up than expected.
Keith from Pizza Forno X'press Mobile Food Van. The pizzas were fantastic.
Mike & the team from Hop Hen Brewing for the cracking beer and extra tap for the night.
Daniel Gauci for aiding the MC duties at the last minute.
Jason Stafford for grabbing the kegs on the way to reunion, to ensure the beer was as cold as possible.
Dan & Sophie Buffey for helping out in the lead up to the reunion, behind the bar.
Jaguar Beck from Jaguar Media for taking the photos of the night. As always they will be fantastic.
Dwayne Paisley from Saints Landscaping And Garden Maintenance for donation of tickets for the raffle. We always appreciate your support of local clubs.
Darcy Turnbull, thank you for updating the stats after I kept hassling you about it. You’re a superstar. If it wasn’t for you we wouldn’t have the isolated 1st XI stats.
These guys all helped out and it was appreciated greatly. My biggest thanks now goes to the people that had a huge impact on the evening.
Brent Crosbie, your work in hosting and announcing the 1st XI team is greatly appreciated by all who attended and especially those selected in the team. Your words were spectacular and summed up each and everyone of us beautifully. Thanks mate.
Chris Whittaker, thank you very much for all of your aid in preparing for the night. I don't think I can list all of it, as I don't enough room. I know I'm computer illiterate, but you made it a bit easier in spite of my best efforts to ruin it. Cheers Bud.
Mick Hendley, you are a machine my friend. You do heaps for our club and a lot of people don't see it. I never miss it! Thanks for stepping in last minute to host it as well. You're a great man. Thanks for your help mate.
That's enough from me. If I missed someone, I do apologise but shoot me a message and I'll add you to this list.
Congrats to all of the people that were acknowledged and selected in our teams. It was all deserved. I'm sure we will circulate these teams at some point.
Until the next reunion. Have a great rest of the season.
Cheers, Bob.

Mathew Charles you missed yourself, you incredible human that we all love so dearly 💜
Fantastic night and huge effort by all that helped in its success.
I think a huge thank you to Mat Peisley too. He put a lot of time into everything especially finding all the stats for the night. It would be great if a book recording all this was able to be organised
Biggest thanks must go to you Bob! People have no idea how much time, work and effort you put into the evening! The evidence is in about 170 people attending! Was great to catch up with some blasts from the past and many new memories have been created! Looking forward to another 25 years of the Rang!!
Great work Mathew, our club would not be as good as it is without you🤩
I was just sorry i couldn't make it in the end due to the storm damage here in east Gippsland. Well done Bobby!!!! I'm coming down on the long weekend in March for the MAACA GF so i will try and pop in when i am in town.
Darcy Turnbull, I knew I would forget someone. And you kept quiet about it too. Thanks for your help mate.
